ReUp is a socially conscious business that is looking to revitalize the community through shopping. We are a multi-vendor marketplace that specializes in small-medium business growth through ecommerce shopping.
ReUp will allow vendors to sell health and beauty, accessories and jewelry, clothing and shoes, art and books, kids and baby products or toys. Entertainment, Tech. Home, and more. ReUp has the right to refuse any products that are not deemed ReUp approved.
No alcoholic beverages of any kind can be sold through ReUp including naturally occurring alcohol products. Any drug related products or products including illegal/illicit drugs are strictly prohibited. Due to the inability to verify age, we are unable to sell or distribute any products that require an age minimum. Any drug related products will not be allowed. Our goal is to keep you, consumers, and the community safe. Any infringement upon this rule will require legal action and authority intervention.
You must uphold honesty with both consumers and ReUp. Direct contact must be clear to all consumers for cancellations, questions, or inquiries. Responding to ReUp and consumers in a timely manner is recommended and appreciated. Maintaining good ethics is of the utmost importance. Having a good reflection on the community and ReUp is extremely paramount. Obey all shipping and national laws when selling products through ReUp. Vendors are expected to be as truthful and candid as possible with their consumers. Vendors will never deliberately hide or mislead any information from consumers and will openly share information that is important to creating a stable relationship and environment. Vendors will conduct business in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations set forth by ReUp.
To manage your shop, ReUp will give you a personal dashboard and seller app. The app is called sellonreup and the dashboard website link is {joinreup.com/dashboard}. Dashboard features include tracking your stats, shipping management, payment withdrawal system, tracking orders system, inventory management, return information, communication system, active listings, and ReUp payment information. If your store has no sales for 180 days, ReUp has the ability to deactivate your account.
ReUp takes a 5% commission transaction out of all sales plus the shipping price you, the vendor sets. This only accounts for all transactions made through ReUp media and website. The payment process will be made through ReUp pay. An additional 3% charge will be included for any credit card sale. An initial $.20 fee will be applied to every post despite quantity. Whether a post has 100 products or 1, it will have a $.20 fee for each post. Any sales through your personal website or marketplace without connection to ReUp will have no charge. If a customer is connected through the ReUp website, you must not persuade or provoke the consumer to buy directly through your website. Any consumers found through ReUp must go through the ReUp process and transaction. If this rule is broken, ReUp has the right to terminate your account immediately. All transactions will be monitored but will have no interference. No Monthly fees will be applied.
Shipping fees are based on the method of transportation, system, company, and set price. You must set the shipping price at the same price as charged by the company you use. Companies that you are able to use include USPS, Fedex, USP, and DHL. You are unable to inflate shipping prices for profit. ReUp has the right to terminate your contract for inflated shipping prices.
ReUp pay accepts credit cards, debit/bank cards, ReUp Gift Cards, ReUp Credits, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. ReUp does not accept mailed in cash or checks. Online payment for products is the only option.
Vendors will receive funds from purchase ten business days after the product has been delivered to the consumer. “Weekends excluded”. Payment will be delivered to the bank account you have provided when signing up with ReUp. You can track these fund movements through your dashboard account and your ReUp seller app during the selling process. Our inclusivity program is meant to connect consumers with companies and owners who have certain specialized characteristics. Our inclusivity program currently has six branches. These branches include, minority owned, woman owned, LGBTQ+ owned, cruelty-free, vegan, and handmade. As a part of the ReUp vendor community, you have the right to create and upload a variety of content such as posts, photos, and videos. In order to keep the safety of our community, you agree that you will not upload content that is: Abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, racist, homophobic, transphobic, vulgar, or videos showing obscene cruelty to animals or people. No posts must be in violation of someone else’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
Vendors are responsible for protecting all personal information related to consumers that you may receive or process such as credit card number, phone number, email, and bank account information and not limited to. You must comply with all relevant legal requirements pertaining to the previous information. The vendor must supply their personal private policies to all consumers if requested. Your privacy policy must be compatible with this policy and ReUp’s Terms of Use.
If vendors disclose personal information without the consumer's proper consent, you are responsible for that infraction and will be subject to ReUp contact and possible account dismissal. ReUp does reserve the right to contact law enforcement if serious infringement occurs. An example of this would be any release of information that is meant to be used for ill purposes. Personal consumer information may only be used for ReUp-related communications or ReUp transactions. You may not use this information for personal vendor websites or keep any of this information in your personal database. Without the consumer's consent, you may not add any ReUp consumers to your email or physical mailing list. You may not use a consumer’s identity for marketing, or to obtain/retain any payment or personal information.
Vendors are responsible for knowing the standard of consent required in any given instance. All vendors must stay current in understanding rules, policies, and new alterations. If ReUp has to go to litigation or court due to incriminating actions by vendors, you must pay all fees, not limited to lawyer consultation

Responding to ReUp and consumers in a timely manner within 48 hours is recommended and appreciated. If a response takes longer than 48 hours, ReUp has the ability to use our policy at full discretion. Our policy states that the customer will get a refund if upset with the service provided. ReUp will keep the 5% cut and the 3% credit card charge will still apply. Maintaining good ethics is of the utmost importance. Having a good reflection on the community and ReUp is extremely paramount. No cursing, foul language, bullying, or harassment is tolerable.
No misleading or false information must be displayed on your page or given through direct messaging. Contact through ReUp will be open 24 hours a day for 7 days a week. Please understand that ReUp and consumers may not respond to messages sent at certain times of the day. You have the ability to call, message, or virtually meet with consumers at any time. Meeting with ReUp can be scheduled and booked if requested. Any non-concerning questions may also be sent through direct messages.
Messages may be monitored but no intervention will be possible. There should be no foul language on either party while using ReUp chat, even in joking manners. If messages have been found containing profanity, abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, racist, homophobic, transphobic, vulgar, or videos showing obscene cruelty to animals or people. No posts must be in violation of someone else’s privacy or intellectual property rights., ReUp will contact you. A second instance of intervention will include heavier evaluation.
Cancellations will be allowed before packages have been delivered. If a consumer orders a product and they choose to send it back, the consumer will have a no charge through ReUp. A vendor will have a 3% charge if items are returned through ReUp pay, but the 5% transaction fee will not be applied. A cancelation is only available from the order placement to the shipping. Once a product has shipped, it has then been labeled a return if the consumer sends the package back. ReUp will send a notification if a consumer decides to cancel an order.
A return will be accepted within a certain range of time, set by you. Options include 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days. ReUp does not recommend any longer of a returning period. If a package is sent with multiple products in there and only a few items are sent back, then all items that have been kept by the consumer will stay charged to their account. Items must only be charged if kept. There will be no fee to send items back through the ReUp process, or by your company. Returns do not cost an additional fee (excluding shipping methods).
Reviews will be given and displayed on the app once consumers have bought the product. Reviews are from people that have bought this product and received it in the mail. Reviews are given out of 5 stars and the average will be publicly displayed on every product. If you believe a review to be false, misleading, inaccurate, or blatantly disrespectful, you have the ability to ask the consumer questions or contact ReUp. Know that you must ask negative reviews in a calm and caring manner. If you find out reviews have been placed by consumers that have not bought your product, ReUp will remove the review. Once a review has been posted, no alterations can be made by the consumer. If a review is left up for longer than 100 days, ReUp will not remove the review. Profanity of any kind will not be in reviews and will be unable to post if containing foul language. Consumers must receive their package with all products to begin a review.
In order to maintain your account, you must abide by all ReUp rules and regulations. Constant and unusual order activity including buyer disputes, chargebacks, increased risk of fraud, counterfeiting, or other claims, ReUp may take actions to ensure consumer safety. ReUp will contact vendors through email or phone call if any of the previous issues arise. If ReUp has reason to believe messages, content or information, violate our terms, including this vendor’s agreement, we may deactivate or terminate your account. ReUp will notify the vendor if any of these actions are taken or persuited. All rules and regulations set by the ReUp vendor’s agreement should be enacted and used at full discretion. All rules and regulations made are set in place and should be effective immediately.
ReUp will contact consumers about any problems that may arise due to their virtual behavior. If given good reasoning or evidence, we can remove a consumer from viewing your products or disturbing you. ReUp reserves the right to withhold personal information about consumers. The same goes for company information.
Direct messages, comments, and reviews must not include the following: Abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, racist, homophobic, transphobic, vulgar, or videos showing obscene cruelty to animals or people. No posts, comments, reviews, or messages must be in violation of someone else’s privacy or intellectual property rights. Any messages, reviews and comments must not undermine the integrity of the ReUp terms.
The vendor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReUp from and against any and all actions, causes of action, claims, and demands and from all damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any nature which arise from or occur in connection with the conduct of the Vendor, its employees, or agents, of any actions undertaken by the Vendor which adversely affect ReUp, unless such loss or damage results from ReUp’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
ReUp reserves the right to handle its legal defense however it sees fit, even if Vendor is indemnifying ReUp, in which case Vendor agrees to cooperate with ReUp so ReUp can execute its strategy.

ReUp may update the terms of this Vendor Agreement from time to time. If ReUp believes the changes are material, ReUp will inform you of the changes by posting the changes via your dashboard and/or sending you an email or message about the changes. That way you can decide whether you want to continue using ReUp. Changes will be effective upon the posting of the changes unless otherwise specified. Vendor is responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any changes. Vendor's use of ReUp following the changes constitutes Vendor's acceptance of the updated terms.
ReUp may immediately terminate this Vendor Agreement and your ability to use the ReUp marketplace should we have reason to believe you, your products, or your use of the marketplace violate the terms of this Vendor Agreement. If we terminate this Vendor Agreement you will no longer be allowed to use the ReUp marketplace. Generally, ReUp will notify you that your Vendor Agreement has been terminated, unless you’ve repeatedly violated our Terms or we have legal or regulatory reasons preventing us from notifying you.
By signing up for Join ReUp, LLC (“ReUp”) or by using any ReUp Services, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (Terms of Use). The Terms of Use (“Terms”) and other documents referenced are a legally binding contract between you and ReUp. If you do not agree with the Terms, you may not use ReUp.
This contract outlines your rights and responsibilities when you use ReUp.com, our mobile apps, and all other services provided by ReUp. We’ll refer to all of these collectively as “Services.” Any new features or tools added to the current Services shall also be subject to the Terms. ReUp reserves the right to update and change the Terms by posting updates and changes to the ReUp website. Please be sure to occasionally check back for updates. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must cease using the Services
Please note that the “Disputes with ReUp” section contains an arbitration clause and class action waiver. By agreeing to the Terms, you agree to resolve all disputes through binding individual arbitration, which means that you waive any right to have those disputes decided by a judge or jury, and that you waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
ReUp believes in protecting your privacy and the privacy of your personal data and information. We do not and will not sell any of your personal information. ReUp’s Privacy Policy describes how ReUp and its affiliates collect, use, and process your personal information and data related to your use of our website, app, and Services.
If you are subject to the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you are also subject to ReUp’s collection, processing, and use of your personal information. By using ReUp, you are consenting to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Vendors can sell any legal products including, but not limited to accessories, jewelry, clothing, shoes, art, books, health and beauty products, baby and children’s products, toys, home, entertainment, and tech products on ReUp.
ReUp has the right to refuse any products that do not fit in our overall mission. Vendors are prohibited from selling illegal products, drug related products, and any products that promote illegal activity or the use of illegal or illicit drugs. Alcoholic beverages, CBD, and any products that require an age minimum are also prohibited. Other prohibited items include products that promote hate or violence

As a vendor, you understand and agree to listing products that comply with all applicable laws and regulations for any product you list for sale. ReUp is not responsible for the accuracy, labeling, or content of your listings.

There are no monthly fees to sell on ReUp. There are fees associated with posting, selling, advertising, and certain other ReUp products and features. A 5% commission fee will be charged on each transaction, plus the shipping cost, made through ReUp media, website, and app. You can find information on fees in the Vendor Agreement section.

As a consumer (buyer or customer) of a ReUp vendor, you understand and agree to the Terms of Use and all policies, including our Privacy Policy and Anti-Discrimination Policy, associated with having a ReUp account and using ReUp Services. You also understand that ReUp is a venue for consumers to interact with and purchase directly from vendors. You are not purchasing products from ReUp.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF REUP SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, REUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AS WELL AS ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY A COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR USAGE OF TRADE. REUP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE REUP SERVICES, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE REUP SERVICES, REUP’S SERVERS OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SENT FROM REUP ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, REUP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY REUP SERVICE, OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH ANY REUP SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING.
The vendor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReUp from and against all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, and from all damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any nature which arise from or occur in connection with the conduct or misconduct of the Vendor, its employees, agents, or anyone associated with the Vendor’s account. In other words, if ReUp gets sued due to your misconduct or violation of any ReUp policies and terms, you agree to defend and indemnify ReUp according to terms outlined in your Vendor’s Agreement.
1. Governing Law. The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the laws of the United States of America. These laws will apply no matter where in the world you live, but if you live outside of the United States, you may be entitled to the protection of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local consumer protection law.
2. Arbitration. Vendor and ReUp agree that any dispute or claim arising from or relating to the Terms shall be finally settled by final and binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (the “AAA”) under its standard arbitration rules (the 'AAA Rules') then in effect (those rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this section, and as of the date of these Terms), unless otherwise required by law. Arbitration, including threshold questions of arbitrability of the dispute, will be handled by a sole arbitrator in accordance with those rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court that has jurisdiction.
Any arbitration under the Terms will take place on an individual basis. Vendor understands that by agreeing to the Terms, Vendor and ReUp are each waiving the right to trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Class arbitrations shall only be available if requested by either party under its Class Action Arbitration Rules and approved by the arbitration entity. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each party shall have the right to bring an action in a court of proper jurisdiction for injunctive or other equitable or conservatory relief, pending a final decision by the arbitrator. You may instead assert your claim in “small claims” court, but only if your claim qualifies, your claim remains in such court, and your claim remains on an individual, non-representative, and non-class basis.
3. Costs of Arbitration. Payment for any and all reasonable AAA filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees will be in accordance with AAA rules. Each party shall bear their costs of Arbitration.
4. Forum. For all actions under the AAA Rules, the proceedings may be filed where your residence is, or in Wake County; North Carolina, and any in-person hearings will be conducted at a location which is reasonably convenient to both parties taking into account their ability to travel and other pertinent circumstances. Where available, virtual hearings and meetings may be used.
5. Modifications. ReUp reserves the right to make changes to this “Disputes” section. If changes are made after you last accepted the Terms, those changes will not apply to any claims filed in a legal proceeding against ReUp prior to the date the changes became effective. ReUp will notify you of substantive changes to the “Disputes” section. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you may send ReUp a written notification (including email) or close your account. By rejecting a modified term or permanently closing your account, you agree to arbitrate any disputes between you and ReUp in accordance with the provisions of this “Disputes” section as of the date you last accepted the Terms, including any changes made prior to your rejection. If you reopen your closed account or create a new account, you agree to be bound by the current version of the Terms.
You release ReUp from any claims, demands, and damages arising out of disputes with other users or parties.
The following policies are a part of ReUp’s Terms of Use. By agreeing to the Terms, you also acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms described in these policies
ReUp reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to make changes to our site, policies, fees, Services, and these Terms of Use with or without notice (unless otherwise required by applicable law). If ReUp believes the changes are material, ReUp will inform you of the changes by posting them via your dashboard and/or sending you an email or message. Changes will be effective upon the posting of the changes unless otherwise specified. Vendor is responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any changes. Your use of ReUp following the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. Our failure to enforce any part of the Terms is not a waiver of our right to later enforce that or any other part of the Terms. We may assign any of our rights and obligations under the Terms.
This policy is part of our Terms of Use. By using ReUp, you’re agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Use.ReUp complies with all anti-discrimination laws, including [Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA.)] We explicitly prohibit the use of our Services to discriminate against people based on age, race, color, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, and any other characteristics protected under applicable state and federal laws.It is your responsibility to know your local laws and any other legal regulations on discrimination that might apply to you. Discrimination is any negative action or attitude directed toward someone because of these protected characteristics. Additionally, ReUp does not allow hate speech. Hate speech occurs when violent, offensive, derogatory, or demeaning language is directed at a person or group based on any of the protected characteristics.When listing items, writing reviews, or having direct communication with other members of the ReUp community, such as via messages, discrimination and hate speech are not allowed.
As a ReUp vendor, your shop content, including shop announcements and shop policies, cannot display discriminatory behavior toward protected groups. Examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to:
If you think discrimination or hate speech has occurred on ReUp, please report it ReUp through the Help Desk in your dashboard and we will investigate. If you see a listing on ReUp which you believe is in violation of our Prohibited Items Policy, including prohibited hate items, please report the item to ReUp through the Help Desk in your dashboard.
ReUp uses Cookie Technologies (cookies, pixels and other technologies) to recognize you on ReUp and to understand the effectiveness of the interest-based ads we show you. The data we collect is also used to help your browsing experience and to make ReUp’s website and app function for you and feel more customized.More specifically, ReUp uses cookies and other tracking technologies for the following purposes:
